Kazakhstan to export newly harvested wheat to Iran
Kazakhstan will export nearly 1.5 million tonnes of 09-harvested wheat to Iran.
In 2009, the export supplies of grains from Kazakhstan to the Central Asia and Afghanistan will total 2-2.5 million tonnes.
Kazakhstan is expected to harvest 17-17.3 million tonnes of grains, and wheat flour exports will total seven million tonnes.
Kazakhstan has exported nearly 2.2 million tonnes of wheat to Iran since 1999.
