Vietnam's Vietfarm to export two million eggs to Hong Kong
A contract has been signed between Trai Viet Ltd. Company (Vietfarm) in Vietnam's southern metropolis of Ho Chi Minh City, and a firm from Hong Kong to export two million eggs to the Chinese territory.
The delivery will be made in September, the newspaper said, giving no detail about the contract value.
Vietfarm, which started to export eggs to Hong Kong in May, has shipped one million of eggs to the market in August.
Earlier, the company also exported salted eggs to China and Hong Kong.
Before starting business with Vietfarm, its partner from Hong Kong often imported fresh chicken eggs from the China mainland.
