China's methionine imports up in July
China's methionine imports registered 8,136.15 tonnes in July, up by 1,420.27 tonnes from June.
Average import price in July was US$3.29/kg, up by US$0.03/kg compared with the previous month.
Belgium (4,036 tonnes), Japan (2,540.15 tonnes) and France (1,560 tonnes) were the three largest exporters of methionine to China during July.
