Belarus' grain production exceeds eight million tonnes
Grain production in Belarus exceeded the level of eight million tonnes, declared the Ministry of Agriculture and Food.
As of August 25, agricultural organisations of Belarus finalised grain production volumes at the level of 8.06 million tonnes, as opposed to 8.5 million tonnes on the same date of the previous year.
Agrarians harvested grains and leguminous plants except corn totalled 2.15 million hectare, or 93.3 percent of the planned harvesting areas.
