Dow AgroSciences has announced two key executive management leadership appointments to round out the staff of Antonio Galindez, who was recently named president and CEO of Dow AgroSciences.
Galindez succeeds Jerome Peribere who was appointed president and CEO of The Dow Chemical Company's Advanced Materials Division.
Tim Hassinger has been named Vice President, Crops Business Unit, which is Galindez's former role. Hassinger, who most previously was Vice President, Europe, Latin America and Pacific, has been with the company 25 years serving in a variety of sales and marketing leadership roles.
David Blakemore has been named Vice President, Europe, Latin America and Pacific, succeeding Hassinger. Blakemore was most recently The Dow Chemical Company's General Manager for Latin America North Region and Latin America Commercial Director for Basic Chemicals.
Blakemore has been with Dow/Dow AgroSciences for 22 years, spending more than half of his career in Dow AgroSciences positions, most recently as Regional Commercial Unit Leader for Brazil from 2003-2006 before assuming the Dow General Manager Role. Blakemore will relocate to Indianapolis.
All other executive management roles at Dow AgroSciences will remain the same.
