USDA: Mexico agricultural situation

On August 8, 2005, the Secretariat of the Treasury (SHCP) published in the Diario Oficial (Federal Register) the First Resolution modifying Annex 21 of the 2005 Foreign Trade General Rules.

Through this modification, SHCP authorized Ciudad Reynosa as an eligible border crossing point for frozen chicken leg quarters (CLQs) and bovine edible offal products and added Veracruz to the list of authorized crossing points.
