New global headquarters for Novus to encourage collaboration
Novus International, an animal health and nutrition company, has broken ground on a new global headquarters facility in the Missouri Park in Saint Charles, Missouri.
When completed in late summer 2008, the US$20 million facility would consolidate Novus's headquarters and the Novus International Research Center into a single, flagship global facility spanning 8,400 square metres.
Besides office space, the building will include ten research laboratories and an employee and customer training centre.
The office space will facilitate collaboration with employees sharing an open, common space and feature heavily on meeting spaces ranging from large conference rooms to 'huddle spaces' for small, private meetings.
The design of would encourage a more natural cross-collaboration between functions, improving productivity and encouraging innovation, said Don Vondriska, director, Novus business development.
