China catches up in soybean processing technology

At a recent forum held at the China Soybean Processing Technology Development and Promotion Centre, which is located in Liaoning's Yingkou High Tech Park, more than eighty Chinese enterprises had expressed interests in working with the centre to tap on the latest development in soybean processing technology.

According to Professor Li Ronghe, director of the centre, this is a testimony to the fact that China's research and development capacity in the field of soybean processing technology had reached the level attained by countries in the developed world.
