Ukraine to prevent increase in grain tariff
Ukraine's State administration of sea and river transport have recommended all stevedore companies operating at ports to avoid increasing grain export tariffs, according to the press service of the Ministry of Transport and Communication.
From the beginning of the current year, the sea trading ports shipped 8.5 million tonnes of grains. At the same time, all sea ports of Ukraine are able to ship 20 million tonnes of grains per year.
The government plans to increase elevator foundation rates, said Mikhail Chubay, the head of the State administration of sea and river transport.
