Actini introduces pasteurisation system OVOFLASH®

During VIV China 2010, Actini Egg Processing, leader in heat treatment technologies, will demonstrate the advantages of its new and unique ultra-high pasteurisation system OVOFLASH® - flash treatment at 74°C allowing the killing of germs without damaging the egg functional properties.

 

In the years to come, a continuous and rapid rise in demand for processed eggs is expected in the world, particularly in China. Installing egg processing lines not only to recycle downgraded eggs but also to develop a high value business and provide the food industry (local or overseas markets) with high quality products compliant with sanitary standards could represent real opportunities and prosperous business for egg producers.

 

In order to help Chinese egg producers take leadership at an early stage and shift their business towards the needs of the market in liquid or dried processed eggs, Actini has decided to open a subsidiary in Shanghai to give its Chinese customers with the best services, from the engineering to commissioning of the lines, staff training and after-sales services.
