China Methionine Weekly: Prices soften despite renminbi depreciation, Tianjin port explosion (week ended Aug 17, 2015)
Methionine distributors attempted to lift prices after renminbi depreciated last week but in vain as demand remained weak. In Europe, prices of methionine for spot deliveries remained in the range of EUR5.63-5.97/kg.
