Russia to increase import of agricultural products from Turkey
Russia plans to increase imports of Turkish agricultural products, following Moscow's trade war with the west amid the political crisis in Ukraine.
Turkish Exporters Assembly Chairman, Mehmet Buyukeksi, said Turkey is expecting a significant increase in poultry and seafood exports to Russia. He added that that Turkey can also meet increased demand for fruit and vegetables from the country.
A Russian delegation will visit Turkey next week for discussions over the imports, according to Buyukeksi.
