Zinpro appoints new poultry research nutritionist
Zinpro Corporation, a developer of organic trace minerals, has appointed Cheng Zhang as the poultry research nutritionist for the company's Research and Nutritional Services (RNS) team.
Zhang brings more than a decade of animal health and nutrition expertise to his current position.
Based at Zinpro's regional office in Shanghai, China, Zhang will be responsible for poultry nutrition technical services in the North Asia market and the oversight of various poultry research studies for the company. He reports to Fei Ji, the regional RNS manager for North Asia.
Zhang holds a doctoral degree in poultry science from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas, US. He also obtained a master's degree in animal nutrition and feed science from China Agricultural University, and a bachelor's degree in animal science from Beijing Agricultural University.
