The US Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is recalling about 4,535 pounds of pork products in Hawaii as they may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.
Based on the suspicion of contamination, Palama Holdings LLC of Kapolei, Hawaii, initiated the recall of the fully cooked pork products, according to the FSIS.
The pork products were distributed to Hawaiian foodservice and retail businesses on the islands of Hawaii, Kauai, Maui and Oahu.
Recalled products include:

10-pound cases of "May's Kalua Brand Pork." Each case has a date code of "21708" and case code "325469." The cases, each containing two 5-pound packages, were intended for food service use.
