Kazakhstan has no intention to restrict grain exports
Kazakhstan does not take measures to limit grain exports and can supply grains to Russia, according to the Agriculture Ministry's spokesman, Yevgeny Aman.
"At present, Kazakhstan's government does not take measures to restrict grain exports. Most likely Russia will ask to direct our exports opportunities to the Russian markets," he said.
"Even if we have the most pessimistic scenario with the grain harvest, in any case the opportunity for exports remains," he added.
