China Live Hog Weekly: Demand stays weak; prices mixed (week ended Aug 8, 2012)
Pork demand stayd weak in China with sales in major wholesae centres reducing 1.78%. in the southern and central regions, where releases tioghtened, prices rose over the week. Abundant supplies of hog in north and eastern China dragged down prices amid lacklustre demand.
