Suspicions of third case denied by British agriculture ministry

The British agriculture ministry has denied that a third suspected case of foot and mouth disease had been found in Surrey, stating that there are currently only the two confirmed outbreaks.

The ministry said all reported cases are constantly being negated and scrutinized.
