Phytosynthese launches new feed additives range
Phytosynthese, a feed additive producer from Europe, is launching a new range of feed additive products from natural plant products that claims to be more protective and waterproof.
The company says these new products are unique in their own way. By using a new technique, the plant extracts transform liquids (such as essential oils) into fine powder. The micro particles are created in concentric spheres and therefore receive a protective and waterproof structure. This makes the active ingredients well protected but will still be easily released in the digestive system.
Company executives say this technique is more efficient than fat coatings, which have the disadvantage that active principles might migrate through the coating and lost.
Phytosynthese will market this new range of feed additives under the name ic@ps.
