China Live Hog Weekly: Prices soar 10% in July (week ended Aug 7, 2014)
Prices of hog increased 2% over the week, despite a slight rise in the supply of finishing hog, as slaughterhouses stockpiled inventories while pork carcass prices strengthened amid improved demand.
