OJSC United grain company will help stabilise Russia's grain market, according to Viktor Zubkov, First Vice-Premier of Russia on Friday (Jul 31).

Zubkov signed the decrees for the foundation of the company's board of directors and appointment of the general director of United grain company.

Aside from handling issues of stabilisation of the domestic market, the company will construct new elevator capacities foundation and develop port and railway infrastructure, Zubkov said.
