ADM acquires Keystone Mercantile

Archer Daniels Midland Company (ADM) announced it has acquired Keystone Mercantile.

The grain elevator is located in Keystone, Iowa, US.

The state closed the grain elevator on June 4 and suspended the company's grain dealer's license for violating a state law that ensures grain elevators to have enough money to pay grain sellers.
