German processing equipment supplier now a major global player

The German based supplier of food processing technology, the Baader Group, has acquired a controlling interest in the Danish manufacturer of poultry processing equipment, LINCO Food Systems.

The purchase makes the Baader group one of the largest businesses in the global market for food processing equipment.

Baader has been manufacturing poultry processing and packaging machinery for over 40 years. LINCO, founded over 60 years ago, is also a well-established name in the poultry processing business.

In recent years, LINCO has focused on advanced, electronically controlled weighing, batching, and packaging machinery.
