In the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the other entity, total yield is expected to be around 60,000- 70,000 MT (however, these numbers are still unconfirmed by the Federation's ten cantons).
According to the entity Ministries of Agriculture, total yield is estimated at around 250,000 MT. Annual total consumption is around 650,000 MT, the report said.
Corn
This year's corn area is around 225,000 ha. At present, growing conditions are good, and production is estimated to be between 800,000 MT and 900,000 MT.
