Vitamin B2 producers cut prices in China

Prices continued to drop.
One major producer of vitamin B2 reduced its prices to RMB128/kg during July, prompting competitors to cut prices as well.
As of July 31, general market prices of locally produced vitamin B2 (80% content) slid to the range of RMB129-133/kg.
Price quotes by a major producer were lower at RMB128/kg.
Prices of 98% content products dipped to RMB288-295/kg.
Buyers are becoming more cautious in China as the economic outlook is uncertain. This will decimate the sales of vitamin B2 coupled with slow improvement in feed demands.
