US equipment manufacturers Koch Equipment, Ultravac Solutions announce merger
Kansas-based Koch Equipment and Ultravac Solutions, have announced an upcoming merger to form a single company UltraSource, although the name Ultravac will be retained for the company's line of packaging machinery.
Ultravac produces a range of food processing equipment, including vacuum chamber packaging, bowl cutters, smokehouse and kill floor equipment.
UltraSource president and CEO, Steve Kingeter, said, "Our goal is to offer our customers the most convenient and efficient ways to grow their business, and consolidating Koch Equipment and Ultravac Solutions into one company allows us to offer superior support while we continue to grow our product lines."
