ABB Grains to take over livestock agency Wardle

Australian grain handler and marketer ABB Grain says it is acquiring South Australian domestic livestock agency, Wardle.

ABB says further details will be announced once acquisition details are completed.

ABB executives said the Wardle purchase was in accordance with the company's diversification strategy.

Wardle operates principally out of Crystal Brook, Jamestown, Kimba and Port Pirie.
