ILDEX China launches comprehensive visitor promotional campaign

Press release

ILDEX China's organiser N.C.C. Exhibition Organizer (NEO) has launched a comprehensive visitor promotional campaign, including MEET & MATCH sessions to ensure that the show's first edition in Beijing this October gets both quality and quantity of visitors and buyers from the domestic and international livestock and dairy industry.

Ladda Mongkolchaivivat, General Manager, NEO, disclosed the organiser's intention behind this promotional campaign, "We want to establish ILDEX China 2007 as one of the high quality shows in China. At this moment, we already have high quality exhibitors and leading suppliers. So, the next thing we have to do is to get quality visitors and buyers within China's livestock and dairy industry plus a number of trade missions from overseas."

The visitor promotional campaign includes direct mailing, a news & media campaign, as well as VIP invitations.

NEO will invite several key people and key buyers from France, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Iran and other Arab countries to ILDEX China 2007, said Mongkolchaivivat.

She added that leading speakers and scientists would be flown in to speak at the conference sessions to attract participants and ensure that attendees "learn something from the conference".

Furthermore, NEO will run an advertising campaign of ILDEX China 2007 in newspapers, trade magazines and other media to keep China's livestock industry professionals updated on what to expect at ILDEX and how they will benefit from it.

Mongkolchaivivat said that the MEET & MATCH service is provided upon request without any cost to any exhibitors who confirm their participation early before Aug 31, 2007. "We will work closely with them to set up a match making session with qualified buyers within our extensive database. We want our exhibitors to succeed, because their success is our success," she explained.

NEO expects 20,000 visitors at ILDEX China 2007 based on the fact that the show has official support from some of China's livestock and dairy associations, extensive partnerships and publicity from the visitor promotional campaign.

However, Mongkolchaivivat emphasised that although NEO seeks to attract as many visitors as possible, the organiser's focus would be on creating the event as a quality livestock and dairy show in China.
