Sudan seeks to cooperate with Indonesia to develop fishery sector

Sudan is working with Indonesia to develop its fishery sector, Sudanese minister of agriculture and forestry Mohammad Al Amin Kabashi Isaa said.

During a visit to a fish pond project in Karawang, West Java, he said that Indonesia had a long experience in the field and therefore Sudan has an interest in cooperating with Indonesia in the field, especially in shrimp pond farming."

The Sudanese minister has been in the country since July 26 to reciprocate Indonesian agriculture minister Anton Apriyantono's visit to that country last May.

Sudan is also interested in cooperating with Indonesia in agriculture and plantation.
