ADDCON introduces new mould inhibitor in dry form

Green chemistry company, ADDCON, has recently launched ADDCON XF Superfine, a product which is part of a new range of mould inhibitors for feed ingredients and the first of its kind available in dry form.
Based on a combination of propionic and formic acids in calcium salt states, the product provides an effective protection against harmful bacteria, such as Salmonella and E. coli, and fungal growth, thus preserving nutritive value and limiting the spread of moulds in feed.
Numerous trials have shown that the mixture of the correct organic acids or their salts, with proven effects against fungi and bacteria, can lead to good hygiene in feed, which reduces losses during storage.
ADDCON XF Superfine works on stable pH levels at a lower buffer capacity, thus ensuring consistent quality of feed.
Due to its good granulometry, the product can be applied to feed in more balanced distributions and mixes as well as liquid mould inhibitors.
