Myronivskyi Khliboprodukt to begin poultry exports to Russia

 
 

Myronivskyi Khliboprodukt has plans of launching poultry meat exportation to Russia in August this year.

 

The company said that the right to export to Russia belongs to two enterprises: Mironivska poultry factory (chicken) and Sniatynska Nova poultry farm (goose meat). They have plans of supplying 25,000-30,000 tonnes of chicken and goose meat to Russia a year.

 

At present, the products of Myronivskyi Khliboprodukt, a major poultry meat producer in Ukraine, are supplied to Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Armenia, China, Vietnam, Moldova and other countries.

 

Earlier, Myronivskyi Khliboprodukt recorded a net profit of US$160 million (UAH 1,245 million) for 2009, when its revenues shrank by US$92 million or 11.5% to US$711 million compared with 2008.

 

Kyiv-based Myronivskyi Khliboprodukt is a vertically integrated open joint-stock company consisting of enterprises producing fodder and incubation eggs as well as enterprises breeding cattle and chicken.

 

Myronivskyi Khliboprodukt sells poultry meat under the Nasha Riaba trademark, beef delicacies under the Certificated Angus trademark, and semi-finished meat products under the Lehko trademark.
