Ukraine liberalises grain buying procedure
Ukraine has liberalised the grain buying procedure for the Agrarian Fund, said Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko.
The decision was passed at the government's meeting on Wednesday (Jul 29).
Farmers originally had to present 16 documents for Agrarian Fund to be able to buy their grain, but now need to present only four, according to Tymoshenko.
