South Korea May Ban Mexican Beef Imports
 

South Korea may bar the import of Mexican beef following the discovery of banned U.S. beef being brought into the country via Mexico, a top quarantine official said Thursday.

The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry said Wednesday that about 287 kilograms of U.S. beef were found among 38 tons of beef shipped from a Mexican meat processing plant.
