China's Fishmeal Imports in June Up 9.6% to 93,955 MT
According to China's General Administration of Customs, China imported a total of 93,955 metric tons of fishmeal in June 2004, up by 9.6% from the same period last year. Of the total imports, 64,487 MT were from Peru, 22,322 MT from Chile and 1,949 MT from Argentina.
For the first half of this year from January to June, China's accumulative fishmeal imports amounted to 385,702 metric tons.
