Mekong Delta to establish seafood industrial buildings

In order to enhance the agricultural industry of Vietnam, Mekong Delta province of Can Tho intends to construct two seafood industrial complexes in Thot Not and Hung Phu Industrial Zones, according to the state media.

As Vietnam gains US$5 billion from seafood exports annually, the would-be construction of seafood centres in coastal regions will suit the country's strategy for the seafood industry.

The two complexes will occupy 46 hectares and 110 hectares in Thot Not and Hung Phu Industrial Zones, respectively.
