China Methionine Weekly: Prices consolidate lower after momentary rise (week ended Jul 22, 2012)
The momentary surge in the demand for methionine weakened after buyers have secured considerable supplies. Prices of methionine therefore consolidated lower over the week. With livestock markets showing little improvement, feed millers were reluctant to stock high inventories.
