Ukraine's Kirovohrad's Creativ Group builds US$39 million soy plant
Creativ Group (Kirovohrad), one of the largest vegetable oil producers in Ukraine, jointly with its Russian partners has built a soy plant in Kirovohrad worth around US$39 million, investing some US$20 million in it and receiving a 51 percent stake in the plant.
Creativ Group board chairman, Yuriy Davydov, said part of the company's 50:50 investment includes borrowed funds and some funds raised after the placement of shares at an exchange.
