Sealpac introduces new traysealer

Sealpac has introduced the new Sealpac A6 traysealer, which can increase efficiency without reducing flexibility.

With a 650 mm tooling, this packaging machine provides versatility in production to food processors. It also has all the benefits of the Sealpac A-series traysealers, such as the tooling quick exchange system, separately mounted sealing packages and the possibility of InsideCut sealing.

Sealpac A6 traysealer also has the following features:

• Ability to seal trays in any given format at a high speed;
   
• Available in both single and double lane;
   
• Reduced retooling times;
   
• Servo driven film transport; and,
   
• Electronic tool recognition (ID) to eliminate sources of error in product switching and tooling exchange.
