Lysine market soft on subdued demand in China
Lysine prices were weak during the week ending July 21.
Lysine prices remained weak as feed millers were not eager to accumulate inventories while soymeal prices showed signs of stabilising.
Price quotes of 98.5-percent lysine were lower in the range of RMB8.10-8.40/kg.
Shrinking supplies will lend some support to lysine market, preventing sharp falls in prices.
