The three pillars of the service and support programme, Rhodimet^® DiMension, are Design, Implement and Monitor, for the application of Rhodimet AT88 in animal feed.

"The objective is to enable our customer to use liquid methionine analogue with a peace of mind. We at Adisseo, will assist our customers in the design, installation and operation of the liquid dosing systems in the feed mills," said William Goh, Adisseo Asia Pacific Regional Engineering and Product Application Manager.

Design begins with a survey of the customer's feed mill by one of the company's engineering experts followed by a proposal on the required equipments. This is to ensure that the new equipments meet the customer's needs most cost effectively.

Once the equipment has been ordered, a project manager will assist the customer during the Implement stage by ensuring proper installation and commissioning at the feed mill, in accordance to the project's plan and schedule.

For the Monitor stage, Adisseo will provide tools to ensure that the equipment is operating properly. Mixer profiles and sample analysis are examples of tools to assess the recovery and homogeneity of Rhodimet AT88 in the feed.

As the company's programme has been well-received by its customers in Europe, it has started introducing the programme to its customers in the Asia Pacific region.
