China Corn Weekly: Prices poised to hit new highs (week ended Jul 20, 2014)
Persisting corn shortages in China, even with the deliveries of state corn auctions made, continued to lift prices. Several feed millers in the northern region substituted corn with wheat, which helped to ease the supply tightness to some extent, but even that could not stop corn prices from rising.
