Russia June beef output down on-year, pork output up
Russia produced in June 19,100 tonnes of beef, 8.1 percent less than in June 2008 but 7.4 percent more than in May, the state statistics agency reported Monday (July 20).
Pork output in June was 50,700 tonnes, 26.4 percent more than in June 2008 and 4.1 percent more than in May.
