Alltech Philippines opens new office in Davao

A growing demand for Alltech's products in the Asia-Pacific region has prompted the opening of a new regional office in Davao, Philippines.

 

This new strategic development will allow Alltech to access key regions such as Visayas and Mindanao, meet growing customer demands and provide local customer service. The office was officially opened on Jun 23, 2006.

 

Alltech Asia-Pacific Vice President, Steve Bourne, highlighted that, "The new office in Mindanao will enable our feed industry professionals to provide faster and more local service in terms of marketing and logistical solutions as well as establishing a market share in the region".

 

Dr Noel Cuyno, General Manager, Alltech Philippines, officially opened the office with a cutting of the ribbon. The event was attended by key accounts from the area, where they were presented with the latest developments on nutrigenomics.

 

As a tradition in the Philippines, the office was blessed with holy water, and coins and orange fruits were thrown from the receiving area for good luck.
