Ukraine's grain carryover stocks up 35 percent

Ukraine's grain storing and processing enterprises stocked 7.3 million tonnes of grains as of July 1, up 35 percent on-year, said the Ukrainian Grain Association (UGA).

The stored grains include 3.4 million tonnes of wheat, 1.8 million tonnes of barley, 1.1 million tonnes of corn, and 400,000 tonnes of rye.

Sunflower seed reserves totalled 1.1 million tonnes as of July 1, according to data from the State Committee of Statistics.
