Sysco buys Lincoln Poultry & Egg
Foodservice supplier Sysco Corp. has purchased Lincoln Poultry & Egg Co. for an undisclosed price.
Financial details of the acquisition, which was announced on Tuesday (Jul 13), were not disclosed.
Upon completion of the acquisition the management team and employees of Lincoln Poultry will become employees of Sysco.
Lincoln Poultry, which serves over 800 customers, primarily in central US, had annual revenues of approximately US$200 million.
