Denmark grants aid to Vietnam in fight against bird flu
The Danish government has granted Vietnam US$500,000 worth of facilities and equipment to help the country control bird flu.
In the near term, equipment and facilities worth US$202,000 would be allocated to eight northern provinces and 10 southern provinces. The remaining facilities would be distributed later on.
Last year, Vietnam received US$300,000 worth of equipment and chemicals from Denmark to combat the bird flu epidemic.
