Vietnam's Seaprodex Hanoi export revenues reach US$6 million

Export revenues of Hanoi Sea Products Import-Export Corporation (Seaprodex Hanoi) has reached US$6 million of seafood products as of June, posting an increase of 30 percent over the same period last year.

Seaprodex Hanoi's key export products include shrimp and squid, with Japan buying about 50 percent, Europe 20 percent, and the remainder going to Hong Kong, South Korea and Australia.

The company hopes to reach export turnover of US$15 million this year, an increase of 20 percent over 2006.
