Hong Kong to resume South Korea poultry imports
Hong Kong's Centre for Food Safety has resumed processing applications for importing poultry and poultry products from South Korea.
Import applications were suspended in April after Cholla-Bukdo province confirmed it had a bird flu H5N1 case.
The centre said the resumption decision has been made in view of the control measures taken by the South Korean government and because no other bird flu cases have been reported there.
