Victam announces new representative for Turkey

The Turkish Flour Industrialists' Federation (TFIF) has agreed to be Victam's representative in Turkey, Henk van de Bunt, General Manager of Victam International, announced.

The TFIF will represent all Victam shows - Victam Asia, FIAAP Asia and GRAPAS Asia which take place from March 3-5, 2010 in Bangkok, Thailand, and Victam International, FIAAP International and GRAPAS International which take place from May 3-5, 2011 in Cologne, Germany.

Secretary General of the Turkish Flour Industrialists' Federation, Edip H. Aktas, will be Victam's contact person on behalf of the Federation.

The joint efforts of Victam and TFIF could make GRAPAS an enormous success, said Van de Bunt.

''The Turkish Flour Industrialists' Federation has all the resources and know-how to introduce GRAPAS to the Turkish market as the place to be for equipment, technology and ingredients that are used in flour milling and processing, rice and grain processing and storage, as well as the specialist technology required for the production of pasta and noodles,'' he said.
