DL-Methionine price increase announcement by Sumitomo Chemical

 

 

Sumitomo Chemical Co., Ltd., Tokyo, Japan, announces today that the price of DL-Methionine feed grade 99 percent minimum is increased by 16 percent from current market prices in China as well as the Asia-Pacific

region, due to high raw material costs, e.g., naphtha derived from soaring crude oil prices. This price revision is effective immediately.

 

All prior agreements and commitments would be honoured.
