China Whey Weekly: Market remains strong; Chinese traders' profits at three year high (week ended Jul 4, 2016)
Prices of whey strengthened over the week as availability remained tight while hog feed millers were keen to increase stockpiles. With prices soaring over the past several months, whey traders' profitability has surged to three year high of RMB1,500-1,800/tonne.
